‘Tis a wonder rare,
that I see now reflected,
in a church’s crystal
windows,
The sun’s play of colours,
Each with a story,
of love beyond
compare..
I see the soft golden sunlight,
playing hide and seek,
With your
upturned face,
as it dabs at your cheek.
I smell the sweet grass,
freshly mown still,
As it kisses the green earth in a loving embrace..
I sit with you,my love,at the window sill,
And think of your beauty,Your innocent face…
And i feel truly blessed,I feel truly free,
To share this scene,my love,in your company…
Why don’t you sleep whilst the sun plays for you,
A tune,soaked in sunlight,In spring’s melody…
